摘　　要：党建工作是医院管理的重要组成部分。新时代,大型公立医院如何抓党建促进业务发展、实现党建与学科建设的有效融合,成为医院管理者必须面对和解决的课题。河南中医药大学人民医院/郑州人民医院以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,积极贯彻落实中共中央办公厅《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,就公立医院党的建设与护理学科建设深度融合进行了探索实践,取得了明显成效。Party building work is an important part of hospital management.In the new era,how to promote party building and promote business development in large public hospitals and realize the effective integration of party building and discipline building has become a topic that hospital managers must face and solve.Guided by the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,The People’s Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine actively implemented the "Opinions on Strengthening Party Construction in Public Hospitals" issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee,explored and practiced the deep integration of the party construction and nursing discipline construction in public hospitals,and achieved remarkable results.
