急诊护士护理中断事件感知的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊护士对急诊护理中断事件的体验、感受及避免或减少中断事件发生的措施,为急诊护理管理者加强护理中断事件的管理提供参考。方法采用描述性质性研究的方法,采用目的抽样法,于2019年8—9月选取成都市某三甲医院急诊科3个护理单元12名护士进行半结构式访谈,将获得的访谈资料运用主题分析法进行分析。结果通过主题分析,提炼出的主题包括中断事件的来源、发生时护士的当前事务、影响及应对策略。结论急诊护理中断事件的发生对急诊护士有较多不利影响,护理管理者应从多角度采取各种措施减少护理中断事件的发生,避免出现护理不良事件,从而保障患者安全。Objective To explore emergency nurses'experiences and feelings about nursing interruption events and measures to avoid or reduce work interruption events,so as to provide references for emergency nursing managers to strengthen the management of nursing interruption events.Methods Using methods of descriptive qualitative research and purposive sampling,a total of 12 nurses from 3 nursing units in Emergency Department of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Chengdu were selected for semi-structured interviews from August to September 2019.The obtained interview data were analyzed by thematic analysis.Results Through thematic analysis,the extracted themes included the source of the interruption events,the nurses'current affairs at the time of occurrence,effects and coping strategies.Conclusions The occurrence of emergency nursing interruption events has more adverse effects on emergency nurses.Nursing managers should take various measures from multiple perspectives to reduce the occurrence of nursing interruption events and avoid adverse nursing events to ensure patient safety.
