摘 要:为改善某2.0 L涡轮增压发动机的低速性能,提高发动机的最大功率,提出了由电动增压器加涡轮增压器组成的复合增压系统,重新匹配涡轮增压器并优化发动机压缩比。通过GT-Power软件建立复合增压系统仿真模型,用于复合增压系统选型工作和发动机的性能预测。最终确定了设计方案,通过台架试验验证了该复合增压系统能显著地提高发动机的低速扭矩、瞬态响应和最大功率,为后续高性能发动机的开发提供了可行的技术方向。In order to improve the low-speed performance and maximum power of a 2.0 L turbocharged engine,a compound supercharging system composed of electric supercharger and turbocharger was proposed.The turbocharger was rematched and the engine compression ratio was optimized.The simulation model of compound supercharging system was established by GT-Power software,which would be used for the selection of compound supercharging system and the prediction of engine performance.Finally,the design scheme was determined and the verification test was carried out.The bench test shows that the compound supercharging system can significantly improve the low-speed torque,transient response and maximum power of engine.The compound supercharging system therefore provides a feasible technical direction for the development of high performance engine.
