摘 要:以山苍子核仁油为原料,筛选出最佳固定化脂肪酶催化不完全水解合成中碳链甘油二酯。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定的最优反应条件为:加水量5%(占油重)、加酶量16%(占油重)、反应时间7 h。该条件下制备中碳链甘油二酯的质量分数为47.51%,而山苍子核仁原油中的中碳链甘油二酯的质量分数为17.24%,与山苍子核仁油原油中的中碳链甘油二酯的含量相比提高了2.76倍。此工艺为山苍子核仁油的工业化生产中碳链甘油二酯提供依据。Litseacubeba kernel oil was used as the raw material,and the best immobilized lipase was selected to catalyze the incomplete hydrolysis to synthesize medium-chain diacylglycerol.Based on single factor experiment,the optimal reaction conditions determined by the orthogonal experiment were as follows:water addition of 5%(based on oil weight),enzyme addition of 16%(based on oil weight),and reaction time of 7 hours.Under these conditions,the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol was 47.51%,while the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol in the crude oil of Litseacubeba kernel was 17.24%.Compared with the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol in crude oil of Litseacubeba kernel,it was increased by 2.76 times.This process provided a theoretical basis for the industrial production of medium-chain diacylglycerol in Litseacubeba kernel oil.
