摘  要:在受益于信息共享带来保护适应性提升的同时,由于对多节点采样与大范围通信的依赖,配电网网络化保护也面临着误动、拒动的潜在风险。为有效提升配电网网络化保护抵御信息异常、缺失等风险的能力,并拓展保护对采样条件的应用方式,构造基于虚拟量测的保护实现方法。首先借助于采样值状态估计,获取配电网保护系统的虚拟量测。进一步依托于虚拟量测展现出来的可观性、精准度优势及其区别于实际量测的故障反映能力,设计了融合虚拟量测的闭锁、补充动作以及延迟动作判据。通过原理阐述与案例分析,充分说明该方法的应用能够有效缓解采样数据异常、缺失等情况对网络化保护性能的影响。While information sharing improves the adaptability of distribution network protection,the dependence of distribution network communication-assisted protection on multi-point sampling and large-scale communication also makes it face the potential risk of mal-operation and refusing to operate.In order to effectively improve the ability of communication-assisted protection to resist the risk of sampling anomalies and enrich the application of network-shared samplings,the protection method based on virtual measurements is provided,in which the virtual measurement is constructed on the basis of sampling value state estimation method.Furthermore,based on the observability and accuracy advantages of virtual measurement and the fault response ability different from the actual measurement,the locking,supplementary action and delayed action criteria of virtual measurement are designed.The principle and case analysis show that the method can effectively alleviate the impact of sampling anomalies on the performance of communication-assisted protection.
