摘　　要：目的分析不同性别、不同年龄段恒牙列X线头影测量各指标正常值的差异,探讨二维头影测量分析的测量误差。方法收集并筛选恒牙列正常牙合样本,使用Uceph头影测量软件对每个样本的头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析,囊括58个标志点、127项测量指标。结果本研究纳入11~30岁的样本共168例,青少年和年轻成人中分别有42.5%、27.6%的头影测量指标存在性别差异(P<0.05)。头影测量同一指标两次测量的组内相关系数ICC平均值达0.911。结论本研究建立的X线头影测量正常值可靠性较高,可用于正畸患者的临床诊断、矫治设计和效果评价。男性和女性、青少年和年轻成人头测指标存在一定差异,临床上应依据不同性别、不同年龄段选择相应的参考值。Objective To analyze the difference of the permanent dentition cephalometric norm in different genders and ages,and to discuss the measurement error of two-dimensional cephalometric analysis.Methods Samples of permanent dentition with normal occlusion were collected and screened,and the lateral cephalogram of each sample was analyzed by Uceph software,including 58 landmarks and 127 measurements.Results A total of 168 samples aged from 11 to 30 were included in this study.42.5% and 27.6% of the cephalometric measurements of adolescents and young adults had gender differences,respectively(P<0.05).The average intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC)was 0.911.Conclusion The cephalometric norm established in this study is reliable and can be used for clinical diagnosis,treatment design and effect evaluation of orthodontic patients.There are some differences in cephalometric measurements between males and females,adolescents and young adults,and thus corresponding normal values should be adjusted in orthodontic clinic.
