摘　　要：水库洪水预报是水库非工程防洪措施的重要内容之一,它为水库的防汛抢险、调度运用管理、水资源合理利用以及水库保护范围内工农业生产提供较大的安全保障。在综合分析石漫滩水库雨水情测报实际、当前水库运用原则的基础上,建立了水库洪水预报模型,探讨了应用Visual Basic 2015实现水库洪水预报的方法和编程技巧。Reservoir flood forecast is one of the important contents of reservoir non-engineering flood control measures,which provides a large security guarantee for flood control,operation and management,rational utilization of water resources and industrial and agricultural production within the reservoir protection scope.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the rain water situation prediction of Shimantan reservoir and the principle of current reservoir application,a reservoir flood forecast model is established,and the method and programming skills of realizing reservoir flood forecast by Visual Basic 2015 are discussed.
