摘  要:薄膜型货舱绝热层的绝热性能对船舶结构的安全性和液货舱蒸发率有一定影响。对此,介绍薄膜型货舱绝热层种类和绝热构件的型式,分析绝热层热传导过程和影响绝热层绝热性能的因素。在此基础上,研究绝热层绝热构件的原材料性能、制造工艺和船上安装过程,提出原材料性能、绝热构件制造和绝热层船上安装等质量控制要求,保证薄膜型货舱的绝热性能,维持适当的液货蒸发率,确保船舶结构安全。The adiabatic performance of thermal barrier for membrane cargo tank affects the safety of ship structure and the boil-off rate of liquid cargo.The types of thermal barrier and insulation component of membrane cargo tank are introduced,the process of heat conduction and the factors affecting the adiabatic performance of the thermal barrier are analyzed.On this basis,the material properties,manufacturing technology and on board installation process of the insulation components are studied,and the quality control requirements of raw material performance,manufacturing of insulation components and installation of insulation barrier on board are put forward,thereby the adiabatic performance of Membrane cargo tank is ensured,the appropriate boil off rate is maintained,and the safety of the ship structure is guaranteed.
