摘  要:基于ANSYS有限元软件,以SC单回路感应器为热源,建立船用钢板感应加热的三维有限元数值模型,并对感应加热过程中钢板的涡流功率分布和升温过程进行分析。研究表明,在加热钢板过程中,感应器轴线方向上涡流生热区域的扩散和最高生热区域的转移导致主要加热区域略微偏离钢板成形的加热线;涡流生热区域向钢板厚度方向的扩散受电磁特性的影响,无法使整块钢板都直接生热;钢板上表面加热过程可分为3个阶段,虽然升温速度逐渐放缓,但在温度接近居里温度时会迅速上升。Single circuit inductor is used as the heat source for ship hull plate.Based on ANSYS software,a three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation model of induction heating is established.Afterwards,the eddy current power distribution and heating process of the plate are analyzed.Studies indicate that during the plate heating process,the slight deviation of the main heating area from the heating line of steel forming is caused by the diffusion of the generation area and the transfer of the highest generation area along the axis of the inductor.The diffusion of the generation area in the thickness direction of the steel plate is affected by the electromagnetic characteristics,and the entire steel plate cannot be directly heated.The heating process on the upper surface of the plate can be divided into three stages.Although the increase of the heating rate gradually slows down,it will rise rapidly when the temperature approaches the Curie temperature.
