摘 要:研学旅游作为提升国民素质的主要产业形态在实践中发展很快,并被提升至国家及行业发展战略的新高度。研学旅游产品的供给质量受产业链结构复杂等因素影响,学生和家长作为消费者,学校作为采购者,旅行社作为代理商,研学营地作为供应商,教育主管部门、文化和旅游主管部门作为监管者,都迫切需要依据科学规范的产品质量特征来衡量研学旅游供给水平,优化产业链纵向关系,保障消费者权益。文章运用扎根理论的质性研究方法对研学旅游产品质量特征进行了探索性研究,使用Nvivo完成了从开放式编码、主轴编码到选择性编码的提取,通过理论饱和度检验分析,最终探索性地提出了具有科学研究意义的研学旅游产品质量特征,为研学旅游产品生产者、采购者、消费者、监管者的实际运作提供了管理启示。The quality characteristics of research tourism products are common to the quality characteristics of general tourism products,but its emphasis on the purpose of“education in tourism”indicates that the measurement of the quality of research tourism products must be more targeted.In this paper,a qualitative research method based on grounded theory is used to carry out an exploratory study on the quality characteristics of research tourism products,multiple subjects such as research tourism organizers,suppliers,and demanders are selected as interview subjects,and open coding-spindle coding is completed using Nvivo-selective coding-theoretical saturation test analysis.Finally,9 quality characteristic categories of research tourism products are refined and summarized,namely,research activity preparation,research project design,research cost performance,curriculum arrangement,route design,research team,research base,research knowledge value,and continuous value of research,and the structural dimensions and content system of the quality characteristics of research tourism products are further clarified.This paper theoretically clarifies the structural dimensions of the quality characteristics of research tourism products,and has reference significance for the development and improvement of research tourism products in practice.
