摘 要:流向分析和输量配置是天然气管网规划的基础。在管网独立背景下,天然气管输体系逐渐形成“全国一张网”格局,各路资源和市场需要纳入全国管网统一优化调配。“全国一张网”涵盖原中国石油、中国石化、中国海油和省网公司的天然气管网,系统十分复杂,传统的管网流向分析和输量配置方法效率不高,难以适应全国级大规模、复杂管网系统分析要求。以天然气供应和管输环节总成本最低为目标,建立了天然气管网输量规划优化数学模型,并选用Gurobi求解器计算,通过资源和管输定量分析,可优化未来15~50年全国天然气管输流向,预判局部堵点,分析规划管道建设时序,提升管网布局规划效率,为天然气管网规划的科学决策提供了先进工具。Flow analysis and transmission allocation serve as the basis of natural gas pipeline network planning.Against the backdrop of the independent development of pipeline,the system of natural gas transmission has gradually formed the pattern of“National one network”.All resources and markets shall be coordinated by the national pipeline for optimal adjustment.In fact,“National one network”covers the natural gas pipeline of PetroChina,Sinope,CNOOC and Provincial pipe network companies.The system is quite complicated.Due to the inefficient method of traditional pipeline flow analysis and transmission allocation,it is difficult to meet the analysis requirements of the large-scale and complex pipeline system at national level.This article built the optimal mathematics model regarding the transmission value plan of the natural gas pipeline aimed at minimizing the general cost of natural gas supply and transmission process.Moreover,the Gurobi solver was chosen to carry out the quantitative analysis in terms of resources and transmission through pipeline.In so doing,the pipeline flow of the natural gas across China in 15 to 50 years could be optimized and part of the blockades could be predicted.Besides,it helped analyze the timing of planning pipeline construction and improve the efficiency of the pipeline distribution plan,which offered an advanced tool to make scientific decision about natural gas pipeline planning.
