摘　　要：目的探讨伴阑尾孔周围点片状炎性病变的溃疡性结肠炎(跳跃性溃疡性结肠类)患者与普通类型溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗效果的差异。方法前瞻性收集我院2018年1月~2019年12月诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的患者共99例。按内镜下是否可见阑尾孔周围点片状炎性病变的溃疡性结肠炎病例分为观察组28例和对照组71例。所有患者半年~1年内复查1次全结肠镜,收集治疗前后内镜结果、病理活检结果以及患者的临床表现。根据改良Mayo评分、病理分级、修正Baron评分比较两组溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果的差异。结果观察组患者中治疗有效人数为21人(75.0%),对照组患者中治疗有效人数为63人(88.7%),两组治疗效果无明显差异(P=0.119)。通过治疗前后改良Mayo评分的差异比较,两组无明显差异(P=0.881)。结论跳跃性溃疡性结肠炎与普通类型的溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果相似。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of ulcerative colitis patients with or without inflammation in peri-appendiceal orifice.Methods Patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed as ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were prospectively collected.Ulcerative colitis with inflammation in peri-appendiceal orifice was divided into the observation group,and the cases without inflammation in peri-appendiceal orifice were divided into the control group.All patients were reviewed with total colonoscopy 6 months to 1 year after diagnosed as ulcerative colitis.The results of clinical manifestations endoscopic,pathological biopsy were collected before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect of ulcerative colitis was compared between the two groups according to modified Mayo score,pathological grade and modified Baron score.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.119).There was no significant difference in modified Mayo score between the two groups before and after treatment(P=0.881).Conclusion The treatment effect of leaping ulcerative colitis is similar to that of general ulcerative colitis.
