摘 要:射频识别技术的快速发展引起了各行各业的广泛关注,并开始应用于供应链中,而评估RFID技术的应用所产生的成本以及效益成为现在RFID技术研究的焦点。为了评估RFID技术的投资与回报,选择1条由1个制造商和1个零售商组成的二级供应链对RFID技术的投资进行研究。该供应链模型的建立基于经济批量模型,考虑了订货(生产)成本及其效率\,库存成本及库存效率,并且将广泛存在于供应链问题中的库存不准确因素加入模型,研究RFID在优化库存管理的同时将对供应链产生怎样的影响。文章讨论了RFID技术在分散式供应链中的表现,并在供应链中建立Stackelberg博弈研究制造商与零售商的最优决策,最终得到最佳批发价格以及最佳订货量,为未来的供应链投资提供了参考。The rapid development of RFID technology has attracted wide attention from all aspects of life,and began to be used in the supply chain.The evaluation of the costs and benefits of the application of RFID technology has become the focus of RFID technology research.This article studies the investment in RFID technology for a secondary supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer.The supply chain model is built based on the EOQ model,taking into account the order(production)cost and its efficiency,inventory cost and inventory efficiency.And the inventory inaccuracy factors that are widely present in the supply chain problem are added to the model to study how RFID will affect the supply chain while optimizing inventory management.This article discusses the performance of RFID technology in a decentralized supply chain,and establishes a Stackelberg game in the supply chain to study the optimal decisions of manufacturers and retailers,and finally obtains the best wholesale price and the best order quantity.This work could provide a reference for the investment of supply chain in the future.
