企业获取国外技术与产学研合作关系研究

摘　　要：获取国外技术是否会造成中国企业对国外技术依赖从而忽视本土技术获取?文章采用世界银行对中国制造业企业的调查数据,从微观企业层面实证分析发现中国企业从国外获取技术与参与产学研合作显著正相关。研究探讨了企业国外技术获取影响其参与国内产学研合作的内在机制。研究发现,企业规模、企业内部研发以及企业地理区位调节了企业国外技术获取与参与国内产学研合作之间的关系;历史较长的企业、非国有股份占比较大的企业更多地参与产学研合作。研究为政府制定促进产学研合作效率提升的科技政策提供了参考。Does the foreign technology acquisition cause the firms to rely on foreign technology and ignore domestic technology acquisition?This paper uses the world bank's investigation on the manufacturing firms in China and finds that there is a positive correla-tion between foreign technology acquisition and domestic Industry-university-research institute(IUR)cooperation.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the impact of firms'foreign technology acquisition on domestic IUR cooperation.The strength of positive correlation between firms'foreign technology acquisition and domestic IUR cooperation is moderated by the firms'size,internal R&D and geographical location.This paper finds that firms with longer history and firms with more non-state-owned shares are more involved in IUR cooperation.The paper provides some policy suggestions for the government to promote the efficiency of IUR cooperation.
