摘　　要：探讨了PBL+LBL双轨教学模式在餐饮管理人员编制教学中的应用。运用LBL教学法阐述餐饮管理课程人员编制章节的影响因素,运用PBL教学法提出最核心的四个问题,通过学生小组自主学习、讨论,形成最终解决方案并进行课堂展示,以训练学生的思维、沟通、写作能力。The research explores the application of PBL+LBL dual-track teaching mode in the teaching of the establishment of food and beverage managers.The influencing factors of the chapter of the establishment of food and beverage managers are expounded through LBL teaching method.Four core problems of PBL teaching method are proposed through PBL teaching method.Finally,the solutions are formed to make course display through self learning and discussion of student group,in order to train student’s thinking,communication and paper-writing ability.
