摘　　要：全面检索国内外数据库,收集2020年5月以前国内外关于心理干预与护生心理健康的随机对照试验,采用RevMan5.2软件对所纳入的研究进行数据分析。6项研究符合纳入标准,结果显示,心理干预后,干预组较对照组护生的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪和正念特质有明显改善,差异有统计学意义,而对护生幸福感、生活满意度的影响无统计学意义。Through the comprehensive searching of database at home and abroad,randomized controlled trials on psychological intervention on student nurse’s psychological health at home and abroad before May,2020 are collected.RevMan5.2 software is adopted to analyze the data.6 researches conform to the standards.The results show that the anxiety,depression and mindfulness characteristics of student nurse improve significantly compared with intervention group,with statistically significant difference.But there is no statistically significant difference in student nurse’s happiness and life satisfaction.
