摘　　要：为探索出适宜的工科背景下纺织国际贸易方向人才培养模式,本文指出在工科背景下纺织国际贸易方向人才培养模式的建设过程中,应结合工程认证,进行“工科、纺织、贸易”融合,就业为导向的一体化课程体系设计,制定新培养目标和方案,注重教材的整合、实践教学和案例教学等,注重师资队伍建设,突出学生实践能力培养,加强理论知识与实践能力的紧密融合,以及重视人才培养与市场需求紧密结合,开拓出知识能力素质等协调发展的人才培养机制。In order to find a suitable talent training mode for international textile trade under the engineering background,this paper points out that in the construction process of talent training mode for international textile trade under the engineering background,the integrated course system design of"engineering,textile and trade"integration and employment-orientation should be carried out in combination with engineering certification,new training target and plan should be developed,more attention should be paid to the integration of teaching material,practice teaching and case teaching,much stress should be placed on the teachers troop construction,students'practical ability training should be highlighted,integration of theoretical knowledge and practical ability should be strengthened,great importance should be attached to the link of the talent cultivation with the market demand,and a talent training mechanism for the coordinated development of knowledge,ability and quality should be developed.
