摘　　要：诗歌疗法(poetry therapy)是将诗歌用于促进个人成长和情绪康复的心理治疗过程。考察全球华语大学生短诗大赛的作品,一方面,可以将这些作品当作社会学文本,从一个青春文学的角度去认识这个时代青年的病痛;另一方面,也可以试图借助于解读当代短诗的创作书写特色、新创艺术与深度思想,探讨文学治疗的方式与技术、功能与理念;同时,还可进一步理解当代短诗与古代同类题材短诗的区别。Poetry therapy is a psychotherapeutic process that uses poetry to help the patient heal and grow.The poems of the Fourth Chinese Short Poem Competition for College Students are,on the one hand,sociological literature that reveals the pain of contemporary youth from the perspective of literature,and,on the other hand,a tool to analyze the characteristics,innovation,and thoughts and a starting point to discuss the methodology,techniques,function,and philosophy of literary therapies.Meanwhile,an examination into these poems also helps the understanding of the distinction between the contemporary and the ancient short poems.
