总体国家安全观视域下的全民国防教育探讨

摘　　要：全民国防教育是我国的一项基本国策,习近平总书记多次强调要进一步增强全民国家安全意识。与学校国防教育工作相比,社会国防教育还有很多缺失。针对这一问题,提出研究解决掣肘高校育人目标实现的体制机制问题,提高教学内容供给实效,尝试学校国防教育和社会国防教育互通有无、共建共学共享,营造积极互动的教育氛围,以总体国家安全观统揽全民国防教育的相关建议,以期引发同行的深入思考。National defense education for the whole people is a basic national policy of our country,and General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to further enhance the national security awareness of the whole people.However,compared with the work of national defense education in schools,there are still many deficiencies in social national defense education.In view of this problem,this paper proposes to study and solve the problems of the system and mechanism that restrict the realization of the goal of education in colleges and universities,improve the actual effect of the supply of teaching content,and try to exchange,jointly build and learn and share between school national defense education and social national defense education,to create a positive and interactive educational atmosphere,with the overall national security concept to dominate the national defense education of the whole people,in order to arouse in-depth thinking of the peer.
