摘　　要：人类命运共同体思想作为全球化新时代国际交往的规范性理论和影响巨大的中国话语,跳出了西方所设置的话语陷阱、理论路障和政策烟雾,为大国外交、全球治理和共同发展提供了科学理念、交往伦理和实践智慧,为我国改革开放和大国外交打开了新大门,为我国在更高层次、更大范围、更广领域优化资源配置,更好地统筹协调国内国外两个大局打开了新思路,为全球性问题解决和国际新秩序建立提供了新方案。在历史、世界和现实三重视域上重构了“致广大”的总体性宏大叙事,从政治、文化和哲学三个向度综合了“极高明”的主体间性-总体性实践观照,形成了理论视域、实践观照、价值方法论三重维度的总体性路向。As a normative theory of international communication in the new era of globalization and Chinese discourse of huge influence,the thought of human community with a shared future overcomes the barriers set by western in discourse,theory and policy.It provides scientific concepts,exchange ethics and practice wisdom for major country diplomacy,global governance,and common development.It opens new doors for China’s reform and opening up and diplomacy.It develops a new way of thinking for China to optimize the allocation of resources at a higher level,in a wider range and in more fields,and to better coordinate China’s domestic and foreign interests.It also provides a new plan for the settlement of global issues and the establishment of a new international order.It reconstructs the“broad”overall narrative from three perspectives of history,world and reality,and synthesizes the“wise”inter-subjectivity-the general practical observation from three levels of politics,culture and philosophy,thus forming the overall direction of three dimensions of theoretical view,practical observation and value approach.
