声门型喉癌组织中Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的研究声门型喉癌组织生存素(Survivin)蛋白、八聚体结合蛋白表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移的关系。方法选择118例声门型喉癌患者作为实验组,另选取同期进行治疗的50例声带息肉患者作为对照组。确定2组患者肿瘤细胞分化程度及是否发生淋巴结转移。测定2组患者组织Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白表达水平。采用spearman相关性分析喉癌患者组织Survivin蛋白、八聚体结合蛋白表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移的关系。结果实验组Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组从高分化患者到中分化及低分化患者Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);实验组有淋巴结转移患者组织Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白表达水平较无淋巴结转移患者显著升高(P<0.05);组织Survivin、八聚体结合蛋白表达水平与分化程度呈负相关(γ=-0.306、γ=-0.325,P均<0.05),与淋巴结转移情况呈正相关(γ=0.400、γ=0.309,P均<0.05)。结论声门型喉癌组织中Survivin蛋白、八聚体结合蛋白表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移有显著相关性。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and octamer-binding protein in glottic carcinoma patients and its relationship with differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.Methods A total of 118 patients with glottic carcinoma and 50 patients with vocal polyp were enrolled,and divided into the experimental group and the control group,respectively.Various indexes were recorded,including differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,expression of Survivin and octamer-binding protein.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of Survivin protein and octamer binding protein with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of patients with glottic carcinoma.Results The expression levels of Survivin and octamer binding protein in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Within experimental group,the expression levels of Survivin and octamer binding protein were gradually increased with the increase of the differentiation degree(P<0.05),and the expression levels of Survivin and octamer binding protein in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Survivin and octamer binding protein expression levels were negatively correlated with the differentiation degree(γ=-0.306,γ=-0.325,P<0.05),and positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(γ=0.400,γ=0.309,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Survivin protein and octamer binding protein in patients with glottic laryngeal carcinoma is significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
