摘　　要：目的探索奥美拉唑联合康复新液对胃肠息肉患者胃肠功能及并发症的影响。方法回顾性选取2017年3月~2020年7月期间收治胃肠息肉患者96例,根据治疗方法分为两组,各48例,分别进行奥美拉唑治疗、奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗,并对比消化系统肿瘤标志物、胃蛋白酶原指标以及治疗安全性。结果观察组治疗后糖类抗原199、糖类抗原125、PGⅠ、PGⅡ优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠息肉患者实施奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗效果显著,可提高用药安全性,改善胃肠功能。Objective Explore the effects of omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on immune function,gastrointestinal function and complications in patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods The 96 patients with gastrointestinal polyps selected retrospectively were admitted for treatment from March 2017 to July 2020.They were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method,with 48 cases in each group.They were treated with omeprazole and omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid,compare digestive system tumor markers,pepsinogen indicators and treatment safety.Results After treatment in the observation group,carbohydrate antigen 199,carbohydrate antigen 125,and PGⅠPGⅡwere better than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid for patients with gastrointestinal polyps is significant,which can improve the safety of medication and improve gastrointestinal functions.
