血浆热休克蛋白90α水平在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：为探究血浆热休克蛋白90α(Heat shock protein 90α,HSP90α)水平在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者中的临床价值,了解其是否可作为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者病情监测和近期疗效判断的肿瘤指标。本研究纳入60例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者。通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测血浆HSP90α表达,了解其与患者临床病理特征的关系以及治疗前后该指标的变化情况。结果发现弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者血浆HSP90α中位数为86.57 ng/ml。HSP90α的水平与Lugano分期、IPI评分、外周血LDH水平、ECOG评分以及结外病变个数存在统计学关联。同一患者中HSP90α和LDH水平之间呈显著正相关。在获得肿瘤客观缓解或疾病控制的患者中,评估疗效时HSP90α水平较基线显著下降。而在一线治疗失败时,患者血浆HSP90α水平较基线显著升高。提示HSP90α可作为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者病情监测及近期疗效判断的血浆肿瘤指标。To investigate the clinical value of heat shock protein 90α(HSP90α) in plasma in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma, this study sought to determine whether HSP90α in plasma may serve as a biomarker to monitor the disease and judge the short-term efficacy. In this study, sixty patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma were included. Plasma HSP90α expression was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to understand its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics of patients and the changes of HSP90α before and after treatment. In summary, the median level of plasma HSP90α in diffuse large B cell lymphoma was 86.57 ng/ml. HSP90α was significantly associated with Lugano stage, IPI score, LDH level,ECOG status, and number of extranodal lesions. The levels of HSP90α and LDH were significantly correlated. When objective remission or disease control was achieved, plasma HSP90α levels in patients were significantly decreased. Conversely, when first-line therapy failed, plasma HSP90α levels in patients were significantly increased. Therefore, plasma HSP90α levels have disease monitoring and short-term efficacy judgment value in diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
