摘　　要：全域教育是未来社会的基本教育形态,其核心理念在于全域教学时空、全域感官体验、全域学习成果输出,充分运用其教育理念开展思想政治工作,有助于推动新时代思想政治工作的守正创新。全域教育理念下的"三维全域教学"模式是新时代下青少年思想政治教育的创新模式,有助于突破共青团开展青少年党史学习教育的现实困境,有效实现"政治认同、思想认同、情感认同"的教育目标,达到全员全程全方位育人。打造多维教学时空、调动教学主体全要素和促进团队学习成果展示,是新时代共青团有效开展青少年党史学习教育创新模式的三个根本措施。All-around education is the basic education form in the future society. Teaching time and space, sensory experience, output of learning outcomes are the core ideas of all-around education, respectively. Using all-around education idea for ideological and political work could be useful for creating a new pattern of standardization for the new age. The "Three-dimensional all-around teaching" model under the concept of all-around education is an innovative model of ideological and political education for young people in the new era, which helps break through the practical dilemma of the Communist Youth League in carrying out youth learning and education on Party history, effectively achieve the educational goals of "political identity, ideological identity and emotional identity" and achieve the goal of all-around education. Creating a multi-dimensional teaching time and space, mobilizing all elements of teaching subjects and promoting the display of team learning results are the three fundamental measures for the Communist Youth League to effectively carry out the innovative mode of youth Party history learning and education in the new era.
