开城安西王府遗址出土动物遗存研究

摘　　要：2015—2016年,宁夏文物考古研究所对固原开城安西王府长虫梁城址1号宫殿基址的东侧及东南角进行发掘,出土马、驴、牛、羊等动物骨骼,为研究元代藩王府邸的动物资源消费状况以及六盘山地区的畜牧业发展状况提供了重要资料。这些动物除了作为肉食消费外,可能还涉及皮、毛、奶以及畜力等次级产品的开发。This paper presents the analytical results of the examination of faunal remains from the 2015-2016 season excavation of the No.1 palace base at the Anxi King’s site.The assemblages includes five species of domesticated mammals and a few species of wild animals,which provided important materials for the exploration to the animal food consumption of the King’s palace in Yuan dynasty and to the issues about the husbandry around the Liupanshan area.Besides for meat consumption relied on sheep/goat and horse,the exploitation of secondary animal products,i.e.,sheep/goat skin,wool,milk,and horse labor was a goal of the husbandry.
