摘　　要：整体观是中医学独特的世界观,是中医思维的立足点和出发点,也是其归宿所在。中医学的整体观以气为本原,借助气的恒动性、弥散性、透达性、贯通性搭建了一个主次分明、层次清楚、网状交织的时空宇宙模型,是对人体自身完整性以及人与自然、人与社会统一性的认识。中医整体观认为,整个宇宙世界以气为中介、以人为核心、以时空为轴线,构建了“自然-人-社会”协调为用的宏观统一整体,通过气的升降出入、阴阳的消长转化、五行的生克制化等规律调控着整体的协调平衡。在宏观整体的调控下,人体、自然、社会又分别依照自身规律不断运动变化着。中医学在认识人体生理病理以及进行疾病防治时,必须在整个时空的动态变化中把握各种联系,分析人体生命活动规律。Concept of holism is the unique world view of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the root and origin of TCM thought,and TCM thought rests on the concept.TCM concept of holism is based on Qi,aided with Qi’s constant motion,dispersion,penetration and penetration,a spatial-temporal universe model with distinct primary and secondary,clear hierarchy and interwoven network is established.It is the understanding of the integrity of human body and the unity of man and nature,man and society.According to the TCM concept of holism,the whole universe is mediated by Qi,centered on human,and axed on space-time,and thus“nature-human-society”coordination for the use of the macro unity of the whole is constructed.The balance and coordination of the whole is regulated through the rise,fall,entrance and exit of Qi,Yin and Yang change,the five elements of life and restraint.Under the macro-control of the whole,human body,nature and society are moving and changing respectively according to their own laws.In understanding human physiology and pathology as well as disease prevention and treatment in terms of TCM,we must grasp all kinds of connections in the dynamic changes of the whole time and space,and analyze the law of human life activities.
