孟河四大医家用方思想剖析

摘　　要：《孟河四家医集》由张元凯、时雨苍等学者历时数年,经过广征博采整理而成的一部大型医籍。它总结了江苏孟河主要著名医家费伯雄、费绳甫、马培之、巢崇山、巢渭芳、丁甘仁的学术理论和临床经验,体现了孟河医派的主要学术思想和用方经验。本文基于该书通过对孟河医派四大医家相关方剂信息的系统整理,剖析四大医家养生调摄、治疗内伤杂病及外感疫病的治疗思想。医家们在预防调摄时善用药膳,注重药食并补;治疗内伤杂病注重治病求本,强调补益为先;治疗外感时疫遵循三因制宜;具体遣方用药时以和缓轻灵简便为要,创制无名方,善用外治,活用鲜药,快捷廉验使方。Meng He Si Jia Yi Ji is a large scale medical book organized by ZHANG Yuan-kai,SHI Yu-cang and other scholars for several years.It summarizes the academic theory and clinical experience of the main famous doctors in Menghe,Jiangsu province,namely FEI Bo-xiong,FEI Sheng-fu,MA Pei-zhi,CHAO Chong-shan,CHAO Wei-fang and DING Gan-ren.Besides,it embodies the main academic ideas and practical experience of Menghe medical sect.By systematically sorting out the information about the prescriptions of the four medical doctors of the Menghe School of Medicine,this paper analyzes the treatment ideas of the four medical doctors on health care,treatment of internal injuries and diseases and exogenous epidemic diseases.Medical doctors make good use of medicinal diet when they prevent and;treat internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,pay attention to the treatment of the disease,and emphasize the root first;treatment of exogenous epidemics,follow suit measures according to three categories of etiological factors.it is important to use mild,light medicines,to create unknown recipes,make good use of external treatment,make use of fresh medicines,and use the prescriptions which is cheap.It has guiding significance for inheriting the treatment experience of medical schools,thinking of clinical prescriptions and guiding clinical practice.
