摘　　要：人体孔窍遍布周身,循于经络,连于脏腑,维持生命活动。芳香中药辛香走窜,理气行血,散壅滞郁结,喜走空窍。窍疾喜用芳香,治窍以通为先。芳香中药散表邪、行卫气、宣鼻窍、开毛窍,善走窜、入心经,化痰瘀,通心窍,入鼻通脑,复原神志,恢复神机,醒脑窍,芳香祛湿,温阳化气,宣上启下,通下窍。本文旨在解析芳香开窍的理论与效用,丰富芳香开窍的内涵和外延,为芳香中药治法理论提供参考借鉴。Human orifices which communicate inside and outside the human body,link to the viscera,maintain human life activities and live all over the body.Aromatic traditional Chinese drugs have the characteristic of spice,quick effect,like entering orifices,which promote Qi and blood circulation and open stagnations.Diseases of orifices like to use aromatic Chinese medicine,dredging orifices first when treating them.They can scatter evil,Wei Qi,dredge the nose orifices and open skin hair empty orifices;They can dissipate phlegm turbid and blood stasis and open heart orifices for them liking to travel and enter the heart channel;They can enter the nose into the brain orifices,restore mind and body function and awaken the brain orifices;They can remove dampness,warm Yang Qi and open the upper orifices and lower orifices.This paper aims to analyze the theory and utility of aromatic orifices,enrich the connotation and extension of aromatic orifices and provide reference for the treatment theory of aromatic Chinese medicine.
