摘　　要：《诗经》是我国第一部诗歌总集,收录了西周初年至春秋中叶的305篇作品,全面反映了当时丰富多彩的生活场景。其中,有关古人食物品种及食物制作加工的记载,展示了先人不朽的创造力及对后人的馈赠。The Book of Songs is the first collection of poems in China.It contains 305 works created from the early Western Zhou dynasty to the middle Spring and Autumn Period,which comprehensively reflects the rich and colorful life scenes at that time.Among them,the records of food varieties and food production&processing show the immortal creativity of our ancestors and their gifts to future generations.
