摘  要:目的采用HPLC法,研究建立佛手的指纹图谱,鉴别佛手药材。方法采用HPLC法,用C18柱(推荐使用规格:4.6×250mm,5μm),以乙腈为流动相A,以0.1%磷酸做为流动相B,进行洗脱;检测波长为283nm,柱温为40℃;流速为1.0ml/min。结果运用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,建立了佛手药材的HPLC指纹图谱,达到中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论该方法重现性好,可行、有效,可作为佛手药材的鉴别方法。Objectiver The method of HPLC is used to establish the fingerprint of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus, and provide a very effective method to identify chromatogram peaks. Methods The method adopted in this study is to perform elution by HPLC and C18(4.6×250 mm, 5μm) column with acetonitrile as mobile phase A, 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B. The results will be showed when the wavelength is 283 nm, column temperature is 40℃ and flow rate is 1.0 ml/min. Results The chromatograms obtained by gradient elution have shown a good chromatographic peak separation. HPLC fingerprints of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus have been established and met the technical requirements of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprinting studies. Conclusion This method has good reproducibility and can be used as an ideal method for the identification of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus.
