摘　　要：咬合重建涉及多个学科,涵盖的知识面广,不仅需要全面系统的检查和分析、周密的治疗计划和繁多的治疗步骤,还需要注重修复细节、精准实施,是一种高难度的复杂序列治疗过程,因此往往要求医生有丰富的临床经验。笔者作为口腔修复专科医生,依据咬合重建相关经典理论及临床经验,并结合其他专业专家的意见和建议,将复杂的咬合重建过程提纲挈领地分为6个治疗阶段,包括检查设计阶段、口腔准备阶段、颌位调整阶段、临时修复阶段、永久修复阶段和随访维护阶段,并详述每个阶段的治疗步骤和注意事项。此外,文章展示1例在此原则指导下完成的临床病例,以期梳理咬合重建繁杂的治疗过程,阐述不同阶段的治疗细节,为临床提供一套便于参考的实用治疗原则。Occlusal reconstruction involves multiple disciplines and covers a wide range of knowledge.It demands not only comprehensive and systematic examination and analysis,careful treatment plan and various treatment steps,but also attention to the details of repair and accurate implementation.It is a complicated sequential treatment process with high difficulty,so it often requires doctors to have rich clinical experience.Based on the classical theory and clinical experience of occlusal reconstruction as well as the suggestions from experts of other specialties,the authors divide the complicated occlusal reconstruction process into six phases,including examination and design stage,oral preparation stage,jaw position adjustment stage,provisional restoration stage,permanent restoration stage and follow-up and maintenance stage,and treatment steps and precautions at each stage are described in detail.This article also presents a clinical case completed under the guidance of this principle,in order to comb through the complicated treatment process of occlusal reconstruction and elaborate the treatment details of different stages,so as to provide a set of practical treatment principles for clinical reference.
