腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术(Dixon手术)治疗直肠癌的疗效分析及评估

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术(Dixon手术)治疗直肠癌的疗效分析及评估。方法本研究共80例研究对象,均为2019年1月至2020年12月在我科治疗的直肠癌患者,采用电脑盲选法进行分组,分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40),其中对照组开展传统开腹手术进行治疗,研究组展开腹腔镜下Dixon手术进行治疗。分析两组的治疗效果、血清肿瘤标志物及应激反应指标的差异。结果在手术耗时、术中出血量、术后吻合口瘘发生率以及住院天数上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、热休克蛋白90(HSP90)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)以及血清皮质醇(Cor)上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原724(CA724)以及糖类抗原199(CA199)的表达水平上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术(Dixon手术)用于直肠癌的效果理想,有利于稳定患者的病情,提升手术效果,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic anterior resection(dixon)for rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic dixon surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the serum tumor markers and stress response indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The study group was better than the control group in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage,and hospitalization days(P<0.05).In heat shock protein 70(HSP70),heat shock protein 90(HSP90),norepinephrine(NE)and serum cortisol(Cor),the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer(dixon surgery)is effective for rectal cancer,which is beneficial to stabilize the patient's condition,enhance the surgical effect.It can be further promoted in clinical practice.
