恶性肿瘤患者应用PICC与植入式静脉输液港的效果对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨PICC(经外周静脉中心静脉置管术)与植入式静脉输液港(Port)在恶性肿瘤患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取应用植入式静脉输液港治疗的200例恶性肿瘤患者和应用PICC治疗的130例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分别作为观察组和对照组,对比两组患者的置管情况,观察并发症的发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者置管期间的并发症发生率相对更低,管路维护时间相对更短,置管期间的生活质量评分相对更高(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者的临床治疗期间,应用PICC与植入式静脉输液港建立中心静脉输液通路,相比之下,植入式静脉输液港的应用效果更具优势,便于进行管路维护,减少并发症对于日常生活的干扰和影响。Objective To investigate the application effect of PICC(peripherally inserted central venous catheterization)and implantable venous infusion port(port)in the clinical treatment of malignant tumor patients.Methods Two hundred cases of malignant tumor patients treated with implantable intravenous infusion port and 130 cases of malignant tumor patients treated with PICC were selected as the research objects,respectively as the observation group and the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,the maintenance time of the pipeline was shorter,and the score of quality of life during the catheterization was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of malignant tumor patients,the application of PICC and implantable venous port to establish central venous access,compared with the application effect of implantable venous port has more advantages,convenient for pipeline maintenance,reduce the interference and impact of complications on daily life.
