摘 要:目的探讨新疆安氏Ⅱ^(2)错[牙合]畸形患者髁突位置与形态的相关性。方法选取2017年1月-2020年2月初次就诊的成年安氏Ⅱ^(2)错[牙合]畸形患者75例,拍摄锥形束CT(CBCT)并测量颞下颌关节窝各间隙、髁突形态及倾斜度,对所得数据采用SPSS25.0软件进行统计分析。结果安氏Ⅱ^(2)患者颞下颌关节髁突位置(LR)均后移(男性:-18.36±8.14,女性:-24.95±11.43),LR及形态在男、女性之间与左、右侧间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。关节窝深度与髁突近远中径(r=0.330)、关节后间隙与LR(r=0.737)、关节前间隙与髁突倾斜度呈正相关(r=0.262);关节前间隙与LR呈负相关(r=-0.413)。结论安氏Ⅱ^(2)错[牙合]患者LR以后移位居多,双侧髁突在颞下颌关节窝内位置对称,髁突-关节窝位置的改变影响髁突形态。Objective To investigate the AngleⅡ^(2) class malocclusion-related changes of condyle position and morphol⁃ogy in Xinjiang.Methods 75 patients,who met the inclusion criteria of AngleⅡ^(2) class,were collected in the Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated First/Stomatological Hospital from January 2017 to February 2020.Cone-beam CT(CBCT)was performed with the spaces of temporomandibular joint,the condylar morphology and inclination.SPSS 25.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Results No significant differences were detected in the temporo⁃mandibular joint and condylar morphology between different gender(male:-18.36±8.14,female:-24.95±11.43),they were both posterior positioned condyle.No significant differences were found in dual position of temporomandibular joint and condylar morphology among different sides in both gender(P>0.05).The depth of acetabulum and condylar long axis diameter(r=0.330),the posterior space of temporomandibular joint and condylar morphology(r=737),the an⁃terior space of temporomandibular joint and condylar inclination(r=0.262),were all positively correlated;and there were significant differences between the anterior space of temporomandibular joint and the position of condyle(r=-0.413),which were negatively related.Conclusion The maximum ratio of condyle position of AngleⅡ^(2) class was pos⁃terior,but there was no significant difference between sides,and the position of condyle-temporomandibular joint would affect the condylar morphology.
