四妙勇安汤加味辅助治疗细菌性肝脓肿患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨四妙勇安汤加味辅助治疗细菌性肝脓肿患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年9月叶县人民医院收治的88例细菌性肝脓肿患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组(44例)和常规组(44例)。常规组接受西药治疗,研究组于常规组基础上接受四妙勇安汤加味辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、康复相关指标(体温复常时间、脓肿消失时间、白细胞复常时间)及治疗前、治疗14 d后肝功能指标[谷丙转移酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率(93.18%)高于常规组(77.27%)(P<0.05);研究组体温复常时间、脓肿消失时间、白细胞复常时间短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后研究组ALT、AST水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论四妙勇安汤加味辅助治疗细菌性肝脓肿患者效果显著,可降低其ALT、AST水平,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Simiao Yongan Decoction in the treatment of patients with bacterial liver abscess.Methods A total of 88 patients with bacterial liver abscess admitted to Yexian People’s Hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into research group(44 cases)and conventional group(44 cases)according to the random number table.The conventional group received western medicine,and the research group received Simiao Yongan Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation-related indicators(the time of body temperature recovery,abscess disappearance time,white blood cell recovery time)and liver function indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]before and 14 days after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group(93.18%)was higher than that in the conventional group(77.27%)(P<0.05).The time of body temperature recovery,abscess disappearance time and white blood cell recovery time in the research group were shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the research group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simiao Yongan Decoction has a significant effect in adjuvant treatment of patients with bacterial liver abscess,which can reduce the level of ALT and AST and promote the recovery of patients.
