摘 要:目的探讨麦绿素对高尿酸血症人群的尿酸、血脂,以及肝、肾功能等代谢性指标的影响。方法采用平行随机对照干预研究设计,选取2020年7月1日至2021年9月14日浙江大学医学院附属第二医院、金华市中心医院、衢州市柯城区人民医院收治的高尿酸血症患者57例,分为研究组(平衡饮食联合麦记片,32例)和对照组(平衡饮食,25例)。收集2组患者干预第1、90天的相关数据。结果2组患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。2组患者干预前尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后尿酸水平较对照组明显降低。麦绿素干预的研究组患者发生尿酸偏高的风险是对照组的0.160倍(95%可信区间:0.044~0.587)。结论麦绿素具有一定降低高尿酸血症患者尿酸的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of greenbarley on uric acid,lipids profile,liver function,kidney function and other metabolic indexes ofpatients with hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 57 patients with hyperuricemia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,Jinhua Central Hospital and Kecheng District People's Hospital of Quzhou from July 1,2020 to September 14,2021 were enrolled in a parallel randomized controlled intervention study design.They were divided into study group(balanced diet combined with Mai Ji tablet,32 cases)and control group(balanced diet,25 cases).Data were collected on the first day and the 90thday of the trial,respectively.Results There is no significant difference in general conditions between the two groups,indicating that the two groups were equitably comparable(P>0.05).Before the intervention,there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),however,after intervention,the experimental group in uric acid is significantly lower than control group.The risk of higher uric acid was 0.160 times higher in the malloxin-treated group than in the control group(95% confidence interval,0.044 to 0.587).Conclusion To some extent,green barley can reduce uric acid in patients with hyperuricemia.
