摘  要:在对原料进行微生物分析的基础上,研究了不同类型防腐剂在聚羧酸减水剂中的抑菌作用。优选出3种防腐剂,并均通过4轮湿态防腐挑战测试;探讨了快速杀菌剂和亚硝酸钠对于已霉变减水剂外观和性能的影响。结果表明,卤素类快速杀菌剂可快速除色除臭,还可以部分恢复聚羧酸系减水剂的性能,但无法完全恢复到初始状态。Based on the microbial analysis of raw materials,the bacteriostatic effect of different types of antiseptics in polycarboxylate superplasticizer was studied.Three kinds of antiseptics were selected and all of them have passed 4 rounds of wet antiseptic challenge test.The effect of rapid fungicides and NaNO2 on the appearance and properties of mildewed polycarboxylate superplasticizer was discussed.The results showed that halogen fast fungicides can quickly remove color and deodorize of mildewed polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be partially restored but cannot be fully restored to the initial state.
