高校毕业生抑郁现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解疫情常态化背景下高校毕业生的抑郁现状,为开展心理危机预防工作提供参考。方法采用方便取样的方法,使用贝克抑郁量表、心理韧性量表、社会支持量表和生活事件量表对1166名高校毕业生进行调查。结果高校毕业生的抑郁水平高于刚入校时(P<0.01),也高于非毕业生(P<0.01)。毕业生的抑郁水平与心理韧性(OR=-0.163)、社会支持(OR=0.198)和生活事件(OR=-0.296)相关(P<0.01)。结论需要关注毕业生的抑郁状态。心理韧性和社会支持是抑郁的保护因素,而生活事件是危险因素。Objective To understand the current situation of depression among graduates under the epidemic situation,and to provide reference for mental crisis prevention.Methods A total of 1166 graduates were investigated with Beck Depression Scale,Resilience Scale,Social Support Scale,and Life Event Scale in September 2020 based on the principle of convenient sampling.Results The level of depression of graduates was significantly higher than that of them when they were freshman(P<0.01),and was higher than that of non-graduates(P<0.01).The depression of graduates was significantly related to mental resilience(OR=-0.163),social support(OR=0.198),and life events(OR=-0.296).Conclusion The depression of graduates needs attention.Resilience and social support are the protective factors for depression,while life events is the risk factor.
