摘 要:目的探讨医学生对健康谣言的认知与甄别能力,为提升医学生的健康管理专业素养提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法对河北医科大学的医学类学生进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷670份,对16道健康谣言的辨识率最高的为61.94%、最低为14.48%。被调查者中仅有20.48%的学生可以正确辨识10道及以上。不同专业间学生对“暴晒后的瓶装水是否能喝”的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年级学生对“把屏幕调成绿色能否护眼”“痛风病人能否食用豆制品”和“鸡汤是否比鸡肉有营养”三个题目的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生对健康谣言的认知水平有待进一步提高。学校需加强对医学生医学与健康相关知识的全面教育,国家也要加强对健康传播平台的引导与规范。Objective To explore the cognition and discrimination ability of medical students on health rumors,and to provide basis for improving their professional quality of health management.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among medical students in Hebei Medical University.Results A total of 670 valid questionnaires were collected.The highest identification rate of 16 health rumor was 61.94%,and the lowest was 14.48%.Only 20.48%of the respondents could correctly identify 10 or more questions.There were significant differences among different speciality students in the cognition of“whether the bottled water after exposure can be drunk”(P<0.05).There were significant differences among different grades students in the cognition of“can the screen be turned green to protect eyes”“can gout patients eat bean products”,and“whether chicken soup is more nutritious than chicken”(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical students’cognition of health rumors needs to be further improved.Schools need to strengthen the comprehensive education of medical and health related knowledge for medical students,and the state also needs to strengthen the guidance and standardization of health communication platform.
