摘　　要：对地方国有企业建设单位管理费用进行控制是减少企业不必要支出、提升企业效益,进而提高核心竞争力的有效方法,但是在实践过程中受多种因素的影响,地方国有企业的建设单位管理费存在诸多问题。基于此,论文对现有问题及背后原因进行了梳理,并提出了有效解决措施,希望能够为地方国有企业提供参考。It is an effective method to control the construction unit management fee of local state-owned enterprises to reduce the unnecessary expenditure,improve the enterprise benefit and then improve the core competitiveness.However,there are many problems in the construction unit management fee of local state-owned enterprises due to the influence of many factors in practice.Based on this,this paper summarizes the existing problems and the reasons behind them,and puts forward effective solutions,hoping to provide reference for local state-owned enterprises.
