摘 要:目的了解当代大学新生对心肺复苏术(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)及其他常见急救知识了解情况,探究影响新生对CPR技能了解情况的因素,指导CPR教学。方法依据2019年美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)发布的CPR指南,结合江苏省卫生应急研究所CPR考核标准,对徐州医科大学2020级新生进行调研,然后进行相关分析。结果新生个体性公共卫生事件急救知识得分(9.3±8.1)分、社会性重大灾难事件急救知识得分(11.5±11.9)分、CPR理论考核成绩(7.9±2.4)分,各急救知识的了解情况在不同人群分组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。调查结果显示:以往学习途径中没有学习过CPR者的考核成绩明显低于学习过CPR者的(P<0.001)。多重线性回归分析显示:有无学校课程学习、性别、专业是CPR理论考核成绩的影响因素,所在地GDP总量对CPR理论考核成绩有显著的正向间接影响[95%CI(0.002~0.023)]。结论通过学校课程加强急救知识普及工作尤其是对大学生CPR技能及相关知识的培训,有利于提升民众应急救治水平。Objective To understand contemporary college freshmen's understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and other common first aid knowledge,to explore the factors that affect the understanding of CPR skills,and to guide CPR teaching.Methods According to the guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation issued by the American Heart Association(AHA)in 2019,combined with the CPR assessment standards of the Jiangsu Research Institute for Health Emergency,this paper conducted a survey on the 2020 freshmen of Xuzhou Medical University,and then conducted a correlation analysis.Results The score of first aid knowledge for individual public health events of the freshmen was(9.3±8.1),the score of first aid knowledge for major social disasters was(11.5±11.9),and the score of CPR theory test(7.9±2.4).There are significant differences in the understanding of first aid knowledge among different groups of people.The investigation showed that the CPR theory test scores of freshmen who had not studied CPR in previous learning methods were significantly lower than those who had studied CPR(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether there is a school course learning methods,gender,and major were the influencing factors of CPR theory test scores.Meanwhile,the gross GDP of hometown had a significant positive indirect influence on CPR theoretical assessment scores[95%CI(0.002~0.023)].Conclusion The popularization of first aid knowledge is an urgent task.It is necessary to strengthen the training of college students'CPR skills and relevant knowledge through school courses.
