老挝巴巴萨技术学院的发展历程、办学特色及其启示

摘　　要：通过对老挝具有代表性和典型性的职业院校巴巴萨技术学院发展历程、办学特色进行梳理,总结出老挝的职业教育大致经历了生存期、初步发展期、盲目发展期、稳步发展期和黄金发展期这五个发展阶段。针对巴巴萨技术学院的现状提出了具有针对性的改革建议,最后还总结了巴巴萨技术学院一些好的做法和启示,以期为巴巴萨技术学院和我国的职业院校提供参考。Based on the analysis of the development process and school-running characteristics of Bassa Technical College,a representative and typical Vocational College in Laos,this paper summarizes that the vocational education in Laos has roughly experienced five development stages:survival period,initial development period,blind development period,steady development period and golden development period.In view of the current situation of Bassa Technical College,this paper puts forward some targeted reform suggestions,and finally summarizes some good practices and enlightenment of Bassa Technical College,in order to provide some reference for Bassa Technical College and China's vocational colleges.
