我国高等体育院校助力体育强国建设路径探寻

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑论证法和比较研究法等,对我国高等体育院校职能进行回顾和展望,探讨助力体育强国建设的路径。立足高等体育院校人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承与创新、国际交流合作五大职能,对标服务全民健身、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化和体育外交五大战略任务,提出高等体育院校助力体育强国建设五大路径:统筹规划体育人才培养,供给全民健身人力资源;整合体育科学研究资源,优化竞技体育发展模式;靶向服务社会重点领域,助力体育产业提质增效;坚持文化传承与创新,促进体育文化繁荣发展;开拓国际交流与合作,激发体育外交新活力。By using the methods of literature review,logical argumentation and comparative study,this paper reviewed and prospected the functions of China's sports colleges and universities,and discussed the path to facilitate the construction of sporting powerhouse.Based on the fi ve functions of sports colleges and universities:talent training,scientific research,serving society,cultural inheritance and innovation,and international exchange and cooperation,and the fi ve strategic tasks of serving national fi tness,competitive sports,sports industry,sports culture and sports diplomacy,this paper put forward five paths for sports colleges and universities to facilitate the construction of sporting powerhouse as follows:They should make overall plans for sports talent training to supply human resources for national fi tness,integrate sports science research resources to optimize the development model of competitive sports,serve the social key areas to help improve the quality and efficiency of the sports industry,adhere to cultural inheritance and innovation to promote the prosperity and development of sports culture,and explore international exchanges and cooperation to stimulate new vitality of sports diplomacy.
