摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是我国现存最早的一部中医经典著作,所包含的内容十分丰富,许多中医学理论都来源于此。它不仅是关于生命的百科全书,同时也是一部养生宝典,"治未病"思想便是其重要体现。"治未病"是指在疾病未发生之时,通过相应措施调节阴阳平衡,以达到预防疾病发生的目的。现在随着人们用眼需求的不断增加和老年人口数量的快速增长,相关眼病也越来越多,重视眼睛保健刻不容缓。"治未病"思想也逐渐延伸到了眼科领域。本文以《黄帝内经》中的养生理论出发,着眼于眼病预防,尝试构架现代眼科治未病新思路。Inner Canon of Huangdi is the earliest existing classic work of Tradtional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in China.It contains a lot of contents.Many theories about TCM were originated from this.It is not only an encyclopedia of life,but also a treasure book about health preservation.The thought of"preventive treatment of disease"is its important embodiment."Preventive treatment of disease"refers to the corresponding measures to adjust the balance of yin and yang in order to prevent the occurrence of disease.Nowadays,with the increasing demand for eyes and the rapid growth of the elderly population,eye diseases increase rapidly.So it is urgent to pay attention to eye care.The idea of preventing diseases has gradually extended to the field of ophthalmology.Based on the idea of health preservation in the book,this paper discussed and analyzed its enlight-enment on eye care,so as to construct the new thought on the prevention of diseases in modern ophthalmology.
