摘　　要：党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略以来,知识界围绕着乡村振兴战略的内涵与重点展开了丰富的研究,认为乡村振兴战略是中央"三农"政策的延续和发展;是执政党深刻把握现代化建设规律,积极应对现代化进程中的"乡村衰败"问题,推动农业农村高质量发展的主动作为;是继脱贫攻坚之后统揽农业农村工作的重大战略。这些认识具有启示意义,但如果从中国共产党领导中国人民开创中国式现代化道路的大历史视角来看,乡村振兴构成了中国式现代化的本质要求和显著特征,是区别于一切既有旧式现代性模式的新型现代化路径,其核心特征在于人民至上、城乡融合、绿色共享。未来30年,实施乡村振兴既面临着多期叠加的挑战,也迎来了前所未有的历史性机遇,要着力做好巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接,构建城乡融合发展的体制机制,探索共同富裕的实现形式,促进以文化繁荣涵养民情。Since the proposal of rural revitalization strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a plenty of researches around the connotation and focus of the rural revitalization strategy have been carried out by the intellectual circles.They believe that the rural revitalization strategy is the continuation and development of the policy of " agriculture,countryside,and farmer issues" from the central government.It is also,based on the deep understanding of the law of modernization construction and active response to the problem of "rural decline" in the process of modernization,a major strategy to take charge of agricultural and rural work after poverty alleviation to promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas,which is of enlightening significance.However,from the historical perspective of the CPC leading the Chinese people to create the road of Chinese style modernization,rural revitalization constitutes the essential requirements and remarkable characteristics of Chinese style modernization.It is a new modernization path different from all existing old-fashioned modernity models.Its core characteristics are people first,urban-rural integration and green sharing.In the next 30 years,the implementation of rural revitalization will face multiple overlapping challenges,but at the same time,it will also usher in historic opportunities unprecedentedly.We should strive to consolidate and expand the key achievements in poverty alleviation and effectively connect with rural revitalization,build an institutional mechanism for integrated urban and rural development,explore the realization forms of common prosperity,and promote the cultivation of people ’s feelings with cultural prosperity.
