摘　　要：目的进一步推进“互联网+中医”工作,形成线下诊疗与“互联网+”相结合的中医服务新模式。方法以《国务院办公厅关于促进“互联网+医疗健康”发展的意见》等国家政策法规为指导方向,构建医院互联网诊疗平台,开展线上线下全流程一致性互联网诊疗服务。结果充分体现中医药特色,满足患者多元化需求,将线上线下诊疗紧密结合,形成一种新的中医服务模式。结论引入互联网诊疗平台,开展互联网服务模式,可以优化医院中医诊疗服务流程,使患者居家享有优质便捷的中医服务,提升患者就医满意度。Objective To further promote the work of"Internet plus Chinese medicine",and form a new mode of traditional Chinese medicine services combining online diagnosis with internet plus.Methods Based on the state policies and regulations of the general office of the State Council on promoting the development of Internet plus medical health,we build a hospital internet diagnosis and treatment platform,and develop online and offline unified Internet diagnosis and treatment services.Results It fully embodies the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,meets the diversified needs of patients,and closely combines online and offline diagnosis and treatment,becoming a new mode of traditional Chinese medicine service.Conclusion The introduction of Internet diagnosis and treatment platform can optimize the hospital diagnosis and treatment service process,enable patients to enjoy high-quality and convenient TCM service at home,and improve patient satisfaction.
