摘　　要：目的以患者为中心,结合现有信息化建设体系及成果,实现研究型病房全流程信息化管理。方法新建研究型病房信息管理系统,改造现有信息系统和财务流程,通过数据平台实现多系统数据实时同步。结果实现了各类临床研究项目从立项、实施、结题到归档的全流程管理,以及受试者管理、研究费用自动分解结算、试验用药管理、研究床位管理等。结论为研究型病房建设提供了完善的信息化管理基础,保障了临床研究过程的时效性和完整性,简化现有工作流程,提高运行效率,同时也促进了医院整体信息化建设。Objective It is to realize the whole process information management of research-type ward,while taking patients as the center,combined with the existing information construction system and achievements.Methods The information management system of research ward is built,the existing information system and financial process are reformed,and the multi-system data synchronization is realized through the data platform.Results It has realized the whole process management of all kinds of clinical research projects from project approval,implementation,conclusion to filing,as well as subject management,automatic decomposition and settlement of research expenses,experimental drug management,research bed management,etc.Conclusion The implementation of this project provides a perfect information management foundation for the construction of research ward,ensures the timeliness and integrity of the clinical research process,simplifies the existing work flow,and improves the operation efficiency.At the same time,it also promotes the overall information construction of the hospital.
