摘　　要：目的建立全院统一的规范化静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)防治诊疗路径。方法通过分析VTE防控中临床诊疗和医疗质控管理的需求,借助信息系统构建VTE防治闭环诊疗路径,覆盖评估、预警、预防、诊断、治疗5大阶段。结果有效提高临床医护人员进行VTE风险评估和相应预防、治疗措施的实施率,并实现全院同质化VTE质控管理。结论标准化干预路径对临床医护人员的引导和辅助诊疗,可有效降低VTE发生风险,提升VTE防治水平,为医院构建常态化的VTE防治质量监控体系,提供有力支持。Objective To establish a standardized and unified path of venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention and treatment within the hospital.Methods By analyzing the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment and medical quality control management in VTE prevention and control,an information system was used to construct a closed-loop path covering 5 stages of prevention and treatment,including evaluation,early warning,prevention,diagnosis,and treatment.Results Effectively improves the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and the implementation rate of the treatment measures,realizes the homogenization of VTE quality control management in hospital.Conclusion With the guide and assist of this standardized intervention path in diagnosis and treatment for clinicians,risk could be effectively reduced,the prevention and treatment level of VTE has been improved.The path provides strong support for the hospital to merge with the normalized VTE quality monitoring system.
