互联网医院在线问诊服务效用影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：目的研究互联网医院在线问诊服务使用现状及诊疗效用影响因素。方法以天津市某三级甲等医院互联网医院在线问诊服务平台的医生、患者、就诊服务等为基础数据,使用SPSS AMOS软件进行统计分析,构建互联网医院在线问诊服务效用影响因素的实证模型。结果医生专业能力对互联网医院在线问诊服务效用有正向影响。病情描述、响应时效在医生专业能力和在线问诊服务效用的关系中分别起正向调节作用和中介作用。结论专业能力水平高的医生能够显著提高互联网医院在线问诊服务效用,患者的病情描述越清楚,则医生对患者线上问诊响应越快,越能提高就诊服务的效果。Objective To study the status quo of the use of online consultation service during the epidemic prevention period and the influence factors of its clinical efficacy.Methods The data of doctors,patients and medical treatment services is from A Third-class hospital in Tianjin during the epidemic prevention period of online medical platform,using SPSS AMOS software for statistical analysis,build an empirical model of the influence factors of the online medical by internet hospital.Results The professional capability of doctors has positive effects on the online medical service of internet hospital,the condition description and the response time play a positive and mediating role in the correlation between professional capability of doctors and the efficacy of online medical srvice.Conclusion The doctors with professional capability,clear condition description,and fast respond,can significantly improve the efficacy of medical service in the internet hospital.
