摘  要:萎锈灵是一种抑制琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的真菌杀菌剂。琥珀酸脱氢酶复合体中不同亚基的编码基因突变导致其与萎锈灵的亲和性降低,从而使真菌具有萎锈灵抗性表型。笔者综述萎锈灵抗性分子标记的开发历史、作用机制以及在食用真菌遗传转化中的应用,并对其应用前景进行展望。Carboxin is a fungicide that inhibits the activity of succinate dehydrogenase.Mutations in genes coding for fungal succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)subunits leads to a decrease in the affinity of succinate dehydrogenase with carboxin,thereby rendering the mutants to have a carboxin resistance phenotype.The development history,mechanism and application of carboxin resistance markers in the genetic transformation of edible fungi were reviewed,and the application prospect was discussed.
